  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The program helps to enhance your skills and behaviors, however sadly feels more of a tick box exorcise. It is not easy to work missions around every day work, this is a compliance apprenticeship not risk!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Poor, BPP don't seem to know what external assessors are expecting from the portfolio. To many changes have take place through out the course. Very little clarity given from skills coach, very much feels like its being made up as they go along.
