  • Learned lots on electronics and techniques such as soldering. Also learned about how the company provides the service to the customer.

  • I enjoy the majority of the training and I feel like ill fit well into the team when I finish my apprenticeship.

  • To begin with the organisation was poor but it is gradually getting better as we contribute to what we want to focus on.

  • They are always available to talk to and can offer support where necessary

  • We have 3 monthly reviews with the training provider to track progress

  • The qualification we completed isn't very compatible with the role as it is very specific.
