I work at Coop as a customer team member, I offer customer service and cover all basic duties within the store.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have never worked within retail before this job so all my skills within the job role are new. My confidence, time keeping and efficiency have all improved.

I am currently really enjoying the programme, it has given me a greater knowledge on customer service.

Extremely organised and very well put together.

An overwhelming amount of support from my employer AND employees.

An amazing amount of support and encouragment has been offered to me throughout my programme.

I'm able to have a better understanding in all aspects of retail from finance, buisness and customer service.

We have many social activites at my workplace that the whole team get involved in.

Yes

9b. Why?

Babcock offered me a chance to complete my GSCE's and have given me so much knowledge, support and encouragment throughout the past year. I feel very lucky that I was given this opportunity.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock?

Ensure you have a full understanding of what you are signing up for and to put full efforts into the course from start to end. It's extremely worth the hard work and is very fulfilling.
