  • College classes 4 days a week, 1 day a week in office attending meetings and completing college work, general admin help.

  • Electrical skills learnt in college, plus enhanced time management to make sure all assignments are completed in a timely manner

  • Enjoy learning and being around a team.

  • Took a while to find out what I was doing, and occasional changes to rooms haven't been communicated (or at least I haven't been told how to find out about these changes). Otherwise it is well organised.

  • Full support from employer to proceed with college work when required.

  • Feel very supported by the training provider, at no point have I felt like I didn't know what I was doing.
