  • Building Dashboards to allow everyday business users access to large amounts of information but in a structure easy to use way.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes loads. When I started I thought linking some worksheets in Excel was good. Now i work with datasets that are too big for Excel and use computer programmes to combine a wide variety of data sources.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Its a challenge. It is hard. But it has opened up new areas of data, conversations and networks that i never really knew existed before

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The learnings are good. It touches lots of different areas. This could be a bit of a double edge sword - is it better to cover lots or areas or specialise in one or two areas. The project write ups take much longer that the actual work,

  • My employer has been great. It has good networks internally. Am very lucky to work for a large friendly organisation a data heavy area.

  • Arch are excellent. Cannot fault their training.

  • I have helped colleagues with their work in ways that i could never have before and hopefully providing better ways of working

  • The Horsham Office has quizzes, paint nights, running every friday.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • Tailor your CV for the role and add a cover letter. Look out for apprenticeship opportunities. Once you are in a role, you'll quickly know if it's for you. RSA has lots of different areas and people move internally alot - it is welcomed.
