At first we are mostly at college learning the skills we will need for our job, at half term we do work at our work place where we help the experienced workers and we also watch to see what we can learn.
I have developed lots of skills, including the use of certain tools, team work, communication and many other skills
My programme is very enjoyable, the other people are so friendly and eager to help
Very well as they have gave us the all the tools we will need for our job and also gave us the chance to learn new ones as well.
We receive a lot of support we have direct contact in case we need anything and they are also happy to help. Along with this educationally we get slot of help from the tutors in our college.
We receive so much support such as extra time given to us and also and worksheets and they are flexible to what we think we need within our time table.
They have helped explain things that we may need on our job, and also with most of them having experience in a similar field they can tell us about a lot of useful things.
Our college is a work based college therefore there isn’t many other activities.
