1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in the proactive capture team at RSA, ringing third parties who weren't at fault for the accident and getting them to use our services instead of their own insurer so we save money with repairs and hire.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained knowledge of the industry and communication skills and IT skills as I use these on a daily basis now.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like it as we keep moving to different teams and gaining more knowledge and deal with different tasks, so I don't get bored.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

We don't know who is in charge of us as apprentices which can be confusing but other than that it is enjoyable and beneficial.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, with work and study work as we are allowed lots of time at work to study also.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I speak with my talent coach regularly and she is very helpful

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This helps in some ways but quite a bit of the studying isn't to do with my job role but as the insurance sector as a whole

Yes there are lots of clubs inside of work to get involved with and lots of opportunities for volunteering

Yes

Very good pay for an apprenticeship and lots of opportunities to succeed and get higher in the business
