Providing support for the other underwriters, Studying for my exams, contacting brokers and other specialists within the organisation and doing smaller/ more basic work that I am delegated.

Yes; communication skills, my knowledge of the insurance market and also a greater understanding of the systems used.

I enjoy my programme very much as It has provided me with many new opportunities and exposed me to situations that have caused me to develop as a person.

It is well organised and I feel like there is a good structure to my apprenticeship.

I receive an abundance of support off of my employer with my own revision as well as the tasks I carry out day to day

I receive a good amount of help from the training providers.

It has helped me have a deeper understanding and a catalogue of knowledge about the insurance market.

Lots of networking events with brokers and team activities.

Because the culture and management of employees is better than that at other companies which I think is special as it makes it easier to enjoy your role in the business.
