  • My programme is strucured. I was given a full induction when I started and got to learn everything I needed to know and more about the business. I am given training for things I not only need to do, but anything I would like to do. Everyone is allocated a mentor who they can go through any concerns with as well as a HR advisor and an Adecco representative. College learning is set out with set days of learning and studying.
