  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the experiences that I have gained by being given real responsibilities and being able to see how an organisation runs. The opportunity to rotate about the business is also something that I enjoy as it gives me the chance to see different aspects of the business.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction and handover at the beginning of the programme was well structured as all the necessary information was provided and it gave me the opportunity to understand the company and how I would work. By having a personal mentor it means that I have someone that is impartial that I can discuss my job with and possible career opportunities.

  • I receive the necessary support from several people in the organisation. Personal mentors are very supportive, and the line managers that I have, have all been very supportive of me and my choices. I know I could go to them to discuss any problems I had or anything I was unhappy about.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I think the salary is suitable for the apprenticeship as each year becomes more challenging and as a result the pay increases. I think this balances out and I do not have any struggles.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are opportunities to go to retailers, retailer conferences, visiting agencies and taking part in meetings outside of the building. There are also opportunities regarding any training and we are also encouraged to go to schools and colleges to spread the word of apprenticeships.
