  • I had no experience of the funeral industry, so everything I have learnt has been new, and I have built on my existing communication skills

  • I enjoy the job, but not the NVQ work.

  • Very well structured, I know exactly what is expected of me

  • My employer wants me to get the qualification, but doesn't seem to want to see it have any impact on the business during the time we need to complete the training
