  • Overall knowledge of the funeral industry, health & safety and communication

  • It's ok - it's a functional thing a means to an end. It's not horrible but I see as part of my role as opposed to fun.

  • Very - started off shaky but my assessor changed and everything improved.

  • Whenever needed.

  • Whenever needed - I'm very self motivated but whenever my appointments have to change due to work priorities there has been no issue.

  • It helps condense everything into a more practical way of working.
