    9/10

    8/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was ok

    6/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There is a lot of content that just is not relevant to funeralcare at all. The unit structure is ok, the online content is rubbish and is not supported by our work computers. So difficult to access.

    4/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is goodwill towards completing the course, however in practical terms as we are often alone in branch I didn't get much time to complete the work in work time.

    5/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Saw the training provider approx once every two months with phone call/email support inbetween. So I think it was ok.

    8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The only part is probably the legal unit, and the unit relating to working as a team, the others were not particularly relevant or in enough detail to our working practice to be much use. I felt we were completing some parts for the sake of it rather than it being relevant to the actual job.

    5/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No

    5/10
