  • UCEM are excellent at providing support on academic learning. Regular webinars are provided detailing module content and plenty of resources are available. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I often come experience close ties between work and academic material which complement each other. The nature of my job role means i get a lot of exposure to the sorts of topics i learn about at uni. This has been massively beneficial when completing my university coursework when i already have basic knowledge of a topic through work.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cushman & Wakefield?
  • C&W tend not to look at just an individuals qualifications, but how they are as a person. Real Estate is a 'people' industry and thus people skills are vital. Advice therefore would be to be genuine and real about yourself. A hunger to work in the property industry is key.
