  • Doing tickets, helping users depending on what they need help with via RDP or physically going to users.

  • I have learned many skills in these last 4 months and the team I work with are a bunch of very nice people. Supportive and helpful.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Helping people that are not within the office and getting to know them and seeing them happy when the work gets done.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say the programme is structured but sometime I feel like its not because we do have online class and exams and assignments that need to be hand in on time. But overall I would say good.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Very much and I am very happy to work for Barnett Waddingham. They do support me in every way they can. Proud to be a part of the great team.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • More than enough.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • We do few online class and exams and doing the course it has helped me very much as I tend to know what I am doing at work rather than doing and not knowing.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes we do regularly meeting with the apprentices and we do go to our different office and have away day. We recently had hack day where all the IT team were involved "It support/Helpdesk, QA Tester, Developer".

  • Yes

  • The people around the company who are really nice and helpful. There is always some there when I need help. Positive energy and positive atmosphere
