  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I revive a lot of support from my employer from my manager to the colleagues I work on the tools with. I was given a mentor who also offered me suport and guidance when ever it was required which I found really useful when struggling to get hold of my trainers.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My training helps massively, not only does it allow me to complete my job properly with the correct, tools, and equipment it also teaches me the safety aspects and what to do if any problems do occur. Without the training I would of really of struggled to have a successful start at Skanska.
