  • 3. To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?
  • Not quite a lot. Due to my work is boring and customers are not quite friendly. So sometimes you may feel unhappy due to the emotion from employer or customer. That is make you feel big pressure but fortunately I just work part time in here so no need to worry other things.

  • 5. How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?
  • I can not say in this chinese restaurant exist any kind of company culture in fact if it is exist I think is to provide better food and get more money. So when you work in here you can see all the waiters are quite busy as they want to get bonus.

  • 7. Were you paid or reimbursed for this experience?
  • Yes, I get paid but the salary is hard to say as mainly organised by bonus instead of the basic salary. So you need to work quite harder than other workmates you have chance to earn more. But you just want to finish your task you can not get high salasy.

  • 8. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?
  • I think if you can find by yourself is in fact it is exist. During my working in this restaurant I see many of boss come here for lunch or dinner especially in Lunar Chinese New Year or some chinese festival like lantern festival or mid-autumn festival. But that doesn't means you can contact with them as a waiter for anything other than food.
