Working with vendors who supply our employees with their benefits, benchmarking our offering against our competitors and implementing employee wellbeing programmes.
Developed my communication and organisation skills and learnt a lot about the work that goes into Total Rewards to ensure we are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package to employees.
I do enjoy it, despite periods where the work is tough and it is not always easy to get support in a small team.
Work programme is good and they provide plenty of opportunities to get hands on experience and to try to not overload you with too much training.
Not as much as I would like, it is difficult working in a small team and having a manager based abroad. I sometimes don't know whether I can ask for help in case they have too much work.
They are very proactive, offering additional drop in sessions if you need support.
Only a little knowledge for Total Rewards (as only one of the six courses is related to my work). However, it is good knowledge should I move roles within HR.
They do offer several networking opportunities throughout the year, as well as some sports and volunteering activities you can get involved in.
