  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy learning on site about all of the different processes that are carried out and its always an interesting job to be doing, two days are never the same. The struture gives us our own leadership so we can do things such as NVQ and revision for exams around out college work when we want to so that we can get all of it completed and also see and experience the job role at the same time.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship program is very well structured that allows us to meet all of our deadlines that we need with things such as NVQ while we are working at the same time. It also dedicates us one day in college where we have out lessons and prepare for our exams. The work in college also helps support our learning with our job role.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider is also very helpful with a well structured lesson plan and notifications if this changes so we always know where we are and what units we will be doing. They also make sure that we have the resource to help further our understanding such as going out and seeing practical examples of what we are learning to further our understanding.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many different activities that the appricentices get involved with, such as days out with the company to see what happens to what is made, and for apprentices we have many different weeks away for team building exercises. There are also many different events with recruiting where the apprenctices are taken to help talk about the opportunities around the company for new apprentices.
