  • My Current role is being able to experience various different departments, this means I do not have a set routine as it can vary depending on who I am working with.

  • I feel like I am learning new skills everyday, from learning how to use various different softwares to learning what goes into building different structures and projects.

  • I am continuously enjoying my programme, it challenges me constantly and gives me opportunities to do work that helps me achieve what I want to achieve In my career.

  • Very well structured. I know exactly what is happening within different times of my programme, we are constantly told what to expect and what is coming up.

  • The employer offers support in every aspect of the job, from giving study time to complete University work to the more personal things in life.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider offer some support, as we are distant learners, it can be difficult to contact the right people for guidance.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think the work through the training provider and the work we have in our role comes hand in hand, we are learning at university and then putting that into context in our every day role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is always people willing to do something, from a weekly get together to more extravagant outtings from go-karting, bowling, axe throwing and skiing trips.

  • Yes

  • I feel it gives you all the support you could want while offering brilliant courses to better your future and career, its all about upskilling there employees and really making sure there ok.

  • There's a role for everybody, even if you think the industry isn't for you, there is always something you can do in this business.
