Answering calls, Sorting through emails, completing spreadsheets for reports, inbound and outbound post, uploading check in reports, check out reports and inspection reports, complete welcome packs to send to landlords and tenants, call clients and gain their feedback from their experience with Ludlowthompson and call them regarding maintenance work that had been carried out.
I am more confident when talking to people both in the office and over the phone when tenants, landlords and other businesses call. I am more organised as I take on a few different roles within my job. I am able to work alone to get something done. I am more confident on Excel spreadsheets.
I enjoy my programme as it is varied from day to day and there are a few different things that need to be completed each day. I am able to work alone to get the work done that is needed and this makes me feel more independent which is great.
My programme is very organised I have a set list of tasks that need to be completed each day, each week and each month. These are different reports and my programme helps me on a Wednesday as that is the day that I am scheduled to be at college to continue learning through my course.
I receive a great deal of support from my employer, if I have any questions I am able to speak to my line manager and ask any questions that I may have and he is always able to help. My work place is a comfortable environment due to the amount of support I receive.
I receive enough support from my training provider whilst I am in college on a Wednesday and when my lecturer comes into my work place to talk me through what is going well and any improvement which I can make. She also speaks to my line manager to inform them of my progress.
I am able to perform better in my role to having the support from my lecturer on a Wednesday and when she comes into my work place as this gives me the chance to ask any questions to help me develop and learning new skills from the course has helped me.
There are not really a great deal of different activities that I take part in through my work place. There is a quarterly presentation every 3 months which is something everyone in the organisation attends and this is to look at progress and reward those who have done something positive.
Yes
Everyone is friendly and having a line manager who I am able to talk to is great as it makes me feel comfortable that I can go to someone if I have any questions. There are plenty of rewards through the company, such as quarterly presentations and Smarties ideas which is a great incentive.
It could be worth investing time into researching the company and what they do such as lettings and sales in the London area. Go into the company with an open mind as there are plenty of opportunities through the company to progress and there are great incentives to work hard.
