  • my role is picking in room one, it is where we pick the parts for dealerships and retailers, i need to be sure the parts are correct and that they are at the correct amount using powered equipment.

  • ive developed more social skils, and i know how to use powered equipment.

  • i enjoy it alot, it is a new environment and the people i work with are great too.

  • i feel very valued.

  • it is very well organised and i always know what im doing and what needs to be done.

  • i feel i recieve alot of support, they are always there to help and you can always ring for support even when not in college.

  • Alot, my supervisor is always checking up on me even during day to day tasks.

  • At 26 and living alone its a minor struggle but im sure that it will only get better.

  • There are loads, ive still to enquire but ive already learnt they get together and play all different sports and social events, and even bike marathons!
