Working in the onshore engineering team at Rampion offshore windfarm. Identifying solutions to long occurring faults. Carried out services offshore. Did a technical and financial review on new technologies, speaking to suppliers and internal teams.

Yes, completed offshore wind courses, Project management courses, risk and health hand safety courses. Wind Turbine specific course.

A lot.

Some parts were very organized when on placements some areas there was room for improvement. When looking for new placements for example.

Yes, graduates and apprentices set up events in their specific departments allowing other t oget an understanding of that side of the business.
