  • 1. Please give an overview of what your work experience involved:
  • I would work alongside the sales assistants, on a different floor every day for five days. I started on the perfume and gift floor where I was given expert advice from the wonderful im store milliner Adrian, on a separate day I worked with the cheases, where I could taste the products, an absolute treat. I met a boy who explained the internship program he was on, and i found that extremely interesting. My day on the tills was so much fun, really getting an idea of the family, buzzing relationship between staff. My favourite part was probably packing hampers, they were so beautiful and cared about by the staff.

  • 4. How well organised was your work experience?
  • The lack of a clear set out structure helped to actually put me at ease, they let me choose what floor i would be working on sometimes, giving me the freedom to feel comfortable inmy surroundings. It was a very independent experience, i had a company tie and badge to make me one of the team.
