I enjoy my programme a lot as there is a lot to learn and new topics that are covered in college that apply to the work place. iNADDITION MAKING NEW friends in and out of the work place. As well as this applying skills learnt at college in work and around
My programme is well structured and allows me to be able to easily balance the work and college aspects of the apprenticeship without hacing too much stress or focus on one of the other> It also provides support because the two link in together and allow both to help develop at the same time
Receive multiple help from employer. Managers sit and read through completed course work and give advice on what we can add as l as giving their own opinion. They also allow us to use work time that is required to complete work to the best of our ability and on time
Receive a lot of support from training provider and teachers allow us to come in and spend time after educational hours to receive extra help if it is requied. iN ADDITION all teaching resources are placed on moddle which allows us to learn the info in our own time if needed,
I believe that it helkps a lot because it is very relevant to my job as well as ensuring that what we learn incollege can be appled to the work the place. This means that both of our skills at college and work can be devcleoped together AND GIves relecant assignmnets
