  • I worked in a sales team in Koch company and we need to set a sales goal for each calendar month and work together to achieve it, we also need to deal with some day to day basis things like apply for permission when we need to find intended customers.

  • From the training session it really help me a lot especially in how to contact with our customers and let them feel our product is quite useful and really helpful for their needs, and how to build up stronger relationship with our customers to ensure consecutive development in the future

  • I quite enjoy this job because this job not only bring me salary but also increase my experience on how to increase my interpersonal skill and how to work as a team together. It is really great team and I feel quite warm not matter beginning or ending. all the time are quite excited

  • I believe this work experience is really helpful and meaningful. at the beginning we need to deal with many problems like how to face with being refused especially cold refuse with impolite words, but after then all is getting better and we also improve our skill and experience to make things well.

  • this company has a great heritage and its culture is very modernised, as a water treatment company, Koch provide device to make pollution water back to clean and even can be directly drink by control the scale of pollute, I would like to work in here also motivated by environment issue

  • In my opinion, I believe this work experience make me more clear of my future career plans, because in my university studies I also learn green chemistry, to make earth with more and more green. so I make sure that I would like to work for relevant company in the future

  • Definitely yes, I get paid and the salary with bonus in extra if you can finish task and challenge more than your personal goals. It is really a good experience as you could know more knowledge about water treatment, this is also help me to study well in my uni.

  • Yes, we worked in the same office so it is quite easy to get familiar with your workmates, after your make friends each other you could go out for lunch together and going out at the weekends, It is really good way to make more friend and extend your friendship zone

  • Yes

  • Because I worked in here and feel quite happy. so why not recommend to more friends and let them get the same optimistic feeling in here? It also can help them to work for the company which relevant with their subject in university so they can learn from here quite a lot.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Koch Industry?
  • If you would like to applying this company I totally advice you to demonstrate your skills and knowledge about the apartment you applied for, like marketing you need to know some specific data and issue we are now facing with like globalisation, tax system and show your sense of responsibility!
