  • My role as a supervisor involves managing the team to make our store run efficiently. Daily I put out stock, breakdown deliveries and deal with customers.

  • I have learnt many skills during my apprenticeship. How to manage a team and set targets to gain results.

  • I enjoy learning things from a different perspective instead of just the Iceland one. Taking a step to see if we can improve

  • The programme is structured really well although Iceland do not give enough time in stores to complete tasks

  • My manager and area manager a lot of support. Company not so much they do not give enough time to help smaller stores cover so you can do work

  • It gave me a sense of what is needed to become a good supervisor and how to tackle situations as they appear.

  • Yes we do a charity week which I am always involved in.

  • Iceland can be a good company to work for when they don’t overload the workers
