Shadowing trained engineers as they complete electrical maintenance jobs throughout the day. Very minimal learning about the electrical install course that we have been entered onto.
Very few but mostly pertaining to maintenance work on the underground and safety critical procedures. Nothing regarding becoming an electrical installation engineer.
Up and down depending on the engineer you are with
Very poorly we are Palmed around like a volley ball.
A bit but very little I couldn't tell you who's responsible for us apprentices.
Quite a bit the theory teaching in class is pretty good I believe.
Not much most the maintenance is pretty simple and the only issues involved are safety critical ones which our company sends us on courses for.
