  • I developed my knowledge of my job role and the company as a whole, increasing my understanding and also helping me create better partnerships with all of the team members and shareholders. I have also developed myself as I have now figured out how I learn best and how I can use this within the business.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really good. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was very understanding and even helped me by reassuring me that I had time to complete the course while I went on Maternity Leave. It helped me develop myself as a Team Leader and also as a person. I enjoyed the evidence part of the programme as I got to understand how a daily task is bigger in the long term.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was quite good. I didn't understand some of the questions because of the way they were worded so this caused some problems but once It was explained it seemed a lot easier.

  • A lot. We have on site team members who were able to help alongside members outwith our site.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot! She helped me understand the questions without giving me any answers. She was always at the end of a phone call / email which always put me at ease.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I now have further understanding of myself as a Team Leader, what my job role consists of fully and I also understand my way of learning / communicating so I now get maximum communication between myself and my team members.
