  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working on improving myself and learning new ways and techniques of managing people so that they can improve as well. I enjoy the wide range of topics discussed in the apprenticeship and the knowladge that i have gained has already been help full in the workplace for me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure of the programme could be better, there are alot of things that do seem unnessasary and a lot of the programme seems to be based on saying the right words instead of actually having a understanding of the topic. It would be better if they focused less on there being key words needed to be said.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I recieve some support but not that much, i am left alone to try and manage my own time when doing my apprentiship which sometimes can be difficult because i dont get around to doing as much as i should do as i end up trying to do other things instead.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The trainer has not been that great if im going to be honest. They are not very good when communicating over email and it can take over a week to hear anything back from them when trying to sort out appointments. The trainer has not shown up on times or been late. When they are present though they are helpful to a extent.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • If im being honest i dont think that it helps that much, i belive that a in store programme that focused on the way that the buisiness works and the different requirments needed in the role would be better. The apprentiship is more of a broad spectrum of knowladge so would be good if trying to find another job.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • The store does sometimes hold activities such as social activities every now and again with team members free to come along and have a chat outside of work about things other that work. The stores in the region will sometimes have a sports event such as football or rugby. there are networking events schedueld for the assistant manager and managers but not for team supervisors as of yet
