  • Going to exchanges and running mechanical and electrical routines as well as fault finding and resolving. mainly electrical work.

  • Yes feel competent in all things electrical, in running air conditioning units and how to maintain a large site.

  • Enjoy, although exchanges are dated and equipment is old, the work is interesting and enjoyable.

  • Not the best organised, have to push quite a few training aspects yourself, but worth it if you do so.

  • The support is what you need, there is always someone willing to help you but you will get left to your own devices if you prefer that also.

  • Poor training, teaching was poor, had to learn most by just reading books.

  • Not to specific but it is hard to be specific to BT's needs as they are so abnormal.
