As a radio and rigger I am required to install, maintain and decommission microwave dishes and antennas, which provide mobile services and Wi-Fi to customers and businesses. Luckily having mentors by my side all the time, I am becoming very confident and competent, which allows my skills to grow vast and improve, everyday!

I Have learnt a very vast amount of skills and knowledge. I have accomplished this through my time at college, and undergoing many course provided by the manager and the company. 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
I love my programme, hosted by BT! I enjoy waking up early and having a routine to participate in. I love travelling to work and seeing many spectacular sights and views en route the site I am working at. I love showing up to work, as I am warmly welcomed by mentors, who always have a loving smile on their faces. I love being able to help provide a service to the consumers where it allows them to speak to their friends and family all across the globe.
4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
I think my programme is structured/organised perfectly, as it allows the student to intake as many skills and tricks of the trade as they possibly can before becoming an actual worker for the company. there is always support ad help provided weather you need it or not, which makes the company even more loving and welcoming. I really appreciate the time taken to structure this programme as it stands. Well Done BT!

We apprentices/students receive loads and loads of support from BT. we receive support and help from our mentors everyday on job, weather it be mental support or physical support. the manager also, provides us with loads of help and support. also, there is a separate apprenticeship team where we get even more support. and in that apprenticeship team there is also another supportive and strong manager. if there are any issues you'd like to discuss with other than your team/ manager or apprenticeship team, BT also have a support line which can be anonymous and very supportive and loving.
6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
throughout my course with the provider, I was very supported by multiole staff, who went out there way to help stdents/apprentices. this is evident as they provided calluses with extra teaching and revision calles to ensure students are up to grips with the course work and understand the information taiught by themselves. even throughout the class they would double check people are understanding and intaking the information and teavhings,
7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
the qualification earned through the training provider does help me perform better, as it help me having a better understanding of the work I am doing, and its history. this makes me more intrigued into my work. and it definitely makes me more wary of what I'm doing in my day to day work.
