  • I think my programme is structured/organised perfectly, as it allows the student to intake as many skills and tricks of the trade as they possibly can before becoming an actual worker for the company. there is always support ad help provided weather you need it or not, which makes the company even more loving and welcoming. • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We apprentices/students receive loads and loads of support from BT. we receive support and help from our mentors everyday on job, weather it be mental support or physical support. the manager also, provides us with loads of help and support. also, there is a separate apprenticeship team where we get even more support. and in that apprenticeship team there is also another supportive and strong manager. if there are any issues you'd like to discuss with other than your team/ manager or apprenticeship team, BT also have a support line which can be anonymous and very supportive and loving.
