I am the restaurant manager of a KFC store. It is my responsibility to make sure the restaurant is running smoothly including all team members are following procedures and treating customers fairly. I also make sure that the food cost and labour budgets are met daily too.
I have learnt a lot of people skills during my employment with KFC and during the time spent on my training course.
I really enjoy my programme, my tutor is amazing, she really goes above and beyond to help. I know she is always there if I need help on anything no matter how small.
The programme I am on is really well structured, I know were I am on the course and always know what I need to do to get to the end.
My employer is always there to give me extra help and I always find it easy to find everything I need in our own online library.
My tutor is amazing and is always there to help me through anything I need.
My trainer helps explain a lot of the course works and this further helps me in work to communicate better with my team members.
Our company hold two main events every year, one of which is an award ceremony.

Each KFC restaurant is a family. All the team working at each store all seem to work together amazingly. It is a great environment to be in and there is always so much help to climb the ladder in your store.
Keep smiling, make sure you are always open to advice and never be too shy to ask for help or to give your opinion.
