I look at opportunities to improve asset efficiency and reduce expenditure on resources
I have learned a lot of skills during my apprenticeship as well as continuing to learn after my apprenticeship finished
Although initially my programme was only vaguely outlined, the freedom to move to areas and look at things that interested me helped to develop my training to end up in my current role
My programme was only loosely organised. However, since my training I know that the training programme has improved greatly
Tata are very supportive and since completing my apprenticeship they have funded further education for me as well as providing a endless opportunities to continue learning
I received a lot of support during my apprenticeship
Due to my role changing my training was not really a great help however it gave me the basic skills that I needed to grow within the company
There is a lot of extra curricular activities to get involved in
Yes
Tata are a supportive company that take great pride in producing experienced and well rounded apprentices. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow in your desired role as well as the opportunity to try other routes
To be open minded and to approach the challenge with excitement and passion
