  • i assist production teams alongside carrying out projects. i spend time completing university work with UWTSD and also college work for Bridgend college. i gain plant experience on a day to day and also office experience by going to a variety of meetings.

  • i have learnt many new skills in my role and also developed many old skills such as communications, people management, numeracy and literacy etc.

  • i very much enjoy the program as i believe it gives you a good insight into the business whilst boosting you along your career within TATA steel. the program can also give you a lot of qualifications.

  • the program could have been structured a lot better with set training programs that are communicated better through the organisation.

  • i believe i receive the support i need from my employer as i have regular meetings with mentors to check my progress.

  • good support with help from meetings with college curse markers.

  • i believe it helps greatly as it is very associated with my role and they both work hand in hand.
