Store manager, managing money and staff. Ensuring stock levels are full and shop floor standards are high and ensuing staff keep up to that standard. Managing and keeping up with sales progress and targets, ensuring KPIS are met.
Yes, I now know how to manage people better, as well as my assistant manager. How to project marketing sales and how to get people to get customers in.
I find it really interesting and relevant to my job. Some points in the course don't apply to me but most of it is relevant.
It is very organised which I love
I receive more than enough support from my employer, my area manager is always in contact and helps with any and all my queries.
She is really supportive and gives me all the help I need and more! She always makes sure I understand the work/unit and allows us to have the 1:1 time if needs be.
So far it's been helpful in understanding why I do some of the things I do at work, for example with social media and the importance of marketing your target audience
As I work for a charity I am always involved in extra curricular activities in creating events to raise money
Yes
The staff are amazing and it's a wonderful place to work
