  • I assist customers with general and complex banking exquiries ranging from sending money to opening new accounts. No two days are ever the same. My role also involved mitigating financial risk such as identifing fraud.

  • During my training I was able to develop myself and my time management for set tasks.

  • I enjoyed it that much I'm now looking for my next course to start asap.

  • The structure was fantastic and it was really easy to navigate through.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I was given some time to work on the course during work but I chose to do quite a lot of the non sensitive information at home.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Microcom was the training provider and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was my trainer. She was fantastic and really easy to approach when required.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This was a qualification for paperwork to back up my abilities. Now this have been completed I can do another course that will help me progress.

  • Yes HSBC promotes different social clubs, volenteering and other activities.

  • HSBC is a great place to work, I'd struggle to give a reason not to work here.
