  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • When I originally joined BT as a sales advisor and then moved across to business my skill set has had to change. Originally I mainly used information seeking skills to find the right products for customers. Now I have moved to BT business I have a more technical approach to speaking to customers and have had to adapt and change my skillset, dealing with more difficult customers time to time. Being able to translate technical terms into more simple and straightforward terms when speaking to customers.
