Service technician Review

My role is a service technician, In my day this involves servicing vehicles, carrying out repairs and diagnostics.

While being apart of the apprenticeship program, I have learnt I wide range of new skills and knowledge that I can use in my job and also away from work.

I enjoy the program alot, I have always enjoyed anything to do with cars and the opportunity of the apprenticeship program has brought me closer and evolved my hobbies into a job.

The apprenticeship program is very well organised, me, my manager and my tutor all know what needs to be done in order for me to progress with the apprenticeship.

In my employment I recieve all the support I need, if I have any questions or need help with anything my employer is always there to help.

My training provider support me in everything that I do, any work that I do my training provider will look through and help me to improve it if need be.

When working with the training provider, they are always setting tasks and helping me to improve my skills and knowledge of the motor trade helping me in my workplace.

Yes, every year we have a Christmas party at which we all attend and we also go for regular meals outside of work.

Pendragon have helped me alot since I left school and have treat me really well during the apprenticeship, therefor I would recommend them to anybody.

I would tell anyone applying for a job within pendragon to just be confident and if they did get a job just advise them that if they help to look after the company, the company will look after you.
