  • Within my day to day role I take calls from business customers in order to resolve there issues, dealing with complaints in line with process and policy.

  • yes, while carrying out my apprenticeship I have earnt while learning. Which has allowed me to develop professional and personally. Gaining a qualification that is transferable.

  • Easy to follow and found it quick to complete. Another qualification under my belt. Which I gained with assistance from my mentor.

  • continuous checks being carried out to make sure I was on target to complete it in time.

  • I feel this qualification has allowed me to complete my day to day role with confidence. And has allowed me to investigate customers issues in more detail. And has stressed the importance of working in partnership to meet a common goal.
