  • Very organised but it will be more helpful if we get a weekly support and coaching

  • I see my training provider maybe once every 4/5 month

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The role already enhance you with knowledge while working daily, The qualification is itself a certificate that gives you more confident and shows that you have the right skills and knowledge needed

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not that I know of but it will be nice if there is a sport team one can join in

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because Barclays has been and still is the best company by far that I have worked work for in all my professional experience and with the standard and values of Barclays it is the right place to be
