I enjoy it a lot, it gives you knowledge that is relevant to your job role and knowledge is power.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is ok. sometimes the study blocks are not structured right. So you would learn something in January's study block for April but have other assignments due before then. You can tend to forget information.

my employer is good I am given all the time I am entitled to

tutors are helpful and feel comfortable to approach them

the content is very relevant for our job role, business analyse and customer service - makes you think differently

nothing I am aware of except Barclays award nights once a year
