Paying vendor/supplier To Reimburse Employees expenses according to Company's policy. To create vendor-ship To reconcile account statement of suppliers and paying their invoices or taking credit note. Checking remittances Co ordinate with other team member and accountant to verify and get the approval in order to pay the supplier on time.

Yes. loads of learning taking place in every days jobs

Sometime the information is all over the place at Kaplan and it takes time to get contacted.

All necessary support I receive from my immediate Supervisor and Manager. very informative and gives all attention to my queries.
