  • I work on developing RPA processes on a day to day basis working closely with the client.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed a lot of new skills whilst working with RPA. It has also been a brilliant opportunity to further develop my current skillset.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy the current programme a lot. It has definitely been a valuable experience to increase my knowledge, skill sets and contacts.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have to say the programme is well structured and I very happy with the direction the programme has taken for developing apprentices.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employers. If I am struggling or do not understand anything I always feel comfortable to speak to my employer to get a better understanding.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have the support from my employer at my side when I need it. However I have not had to use it much if I have any problems I talk to my Employee Liasion Tutor at the university.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I do feel that the qualification does help my role as it covers a lot of skills that I use on a day to day basis at work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is always a tone of activities to get involved with at work. I have not gotten involved in a lot of them however they are there if I did want to take part.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Accenture to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because I feel the company offers a lot to its employees, with perks like flexible working, potential traveling to client sites. Also, everyone I have met who works at Accenture is super nice and friendly and I feel I can approach anyone to have a conversation.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Work well in teams and just be yourself.
