  • In my role I support payroll software and help customers with any issues they may have to do with processing payroll and software problems from the Payroll software.

  • I've learned how to manage my time better in tough situations. I have developed good customer service skills that I will be able to take forward in the future and use in any future job role.

  • often time of line for course work can be changed around which can become stressful when vie planned what tasks I will be completing in the deducted time. I find it tough to keep up with the job role and the course work at the same time, at times it can be too much information to take on board at the same time.

  • coaches offer lots of support and managers are kind and supportive. Manager always pushing to improve and motive me in my role which has been good as it shows there passion for there staff.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification links into my job a small amount. I think the qualification should be very specific to the apprenticeship job I do on a daily basis. sometimes the course work and the job role work are many worlds apart and do not always link together effectively.
