  • I have learnt networking/routing skills in order to have our virtual machines communicate with each other. My interpersonal skills have also improved since I am always email customers and clients, I have also worked face to face with them in classes too. Plus my fault finding skills have improved since when we get new VMs from customers they may not always work on our systems and require re-configuring.
