  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy that I have the ability to put into practice what I am learning. I also like the fact that I am treated like an adult and given meaningful and useful projects rather than just busy work. I enjoy being able to do certain projects that will allow me to plan out what I want to do with my future.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • When talking about my work life, there is lots of structure, guidance and direction in regards to where I am headed, how it will affect me and how I will be able to make the most out of the opportunity. My university life on the other hand is somewhat unstructured and doesn't provide much guidance as to the relevance of what I'm learning.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I've received an adequate amount of support from my manager as there is always someone for me to talk to in regards to any concerns/difficulties I have with work and even any problems I face outside of the work environment. My mentor has been absent from the moment I started.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive an amount of support that is enough for the work that I am given from my office based work, however the university work has varied over the different modules completed so far. I hope this is not a reflection of what is to be expected in the future modules.
