  • Responding to emails, planning and organising learning days for apprentices. Visitor pass requests, meet and greets, collating resources etc.

  • I enjoy my programme a lot, the variety of changing departemnts/placements makes things more exciting as you get a wealth of experience from working in a large corporation.

  • The work side of the programme is great, British Airways really know what they are doing! However, the learning side could be improved, the learning material is quite basic and I often do not take much away from the classroom.
