signing on to the system collecting job and going to complete them which is normally three or four job. if not il be on study days completing my nvq
Fibre joining, poles and ladders, underground work.
I love it very well planned and has a lot to learn.
very well structured, never been disappointed or left unsure.
constant support even now if I am unsure I can call anyone for support.
constant always being pushed to get it done with alot of support.
completely stronger now ive gained my qualifications to do my role.

its a incredible company that look after their stuff and is a enjoyable job to be in.
be calm and put all your cards on the table and do some research into the role.
